FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS:
Even we get it wrong from time to time! In which case, please inform us and we will pay for the return of the item.

ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:
If merchandise arrives damaged, it is best to refuse it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for Retford Motor Spares Ltd. to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise and the original box and packing it arrived in. Please inform us within 7 days and we will pay for the return of the item.

RETURNS POLICY:
Please call 01777 704432 or e-mail our returns department at sales@retfordmotorspares.co.uk, and have the following information on hand when calling: customer name, invoice details, product name and nature of the problem. The transit costs for returns to Retford Motor Spares Ltd must be met by the consumer if he/she cancels the contract. Retford Motor Spares Ltd. reserves the right to make a charge not exceeding the direct costs of recovering any goods supplied under the contract. If the consumer does not return or returns the goods at the expense of Retford Motor Spares Ltd the consumer protection (distance selling regulations 2000).
